The Glamour Boys left the South African shores on Thursday morning, soon after announcing their 18-man squad for the encounter.

The match between Amakhosi and Horoya in what is dubbed a do-or-die encounter for both teams – especially because they are tied on eight points with a game to go.

Whoever wins between Kaizer Chiefs and Horoya on Saturday will book a place in the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions irrespective of what happens between Wydad Casablanca and Petro de Luanda.

However, Kaizer Chiefs have a slight advantage because a score draw against Horoya will see them advance to the knockout stages.

And that’s because CAF uses head-to-head rule instead of the usual goal difference rule.
